All ACTIVATE products are dietary supplements produced in small batches on a made-to-order basis. When you place an order, you are requesting that we produce and ship a fresh batch of product specifically for your order.

• We reserve the right to modify product formulations, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.
• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where required.

2. Made-to-Order Production

Because ACTIVATE products are freshly produced for each order in small batches, please allow up to 4 weeks for production and delivery. High demand and our commitment to freshness mean your tub is made when you order, not pulled from inventory. Production times may vary based on order volume and ingredient sourcing.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment is collected at the time of order placement. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

4. Shipping

• Free standard shipping is included for all US orders.
• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
• Due to high demand and small-batch production, please allow up to 4 weeks for production and delivery. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. Xeris Technologies LLC is not responsible for delays caused by production volume, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
