We stand behind ACTIVATE completely. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request a refund within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Contact us via email at Support@activateshop.net with your order number.
- The product may be opened, partially used, or unused — we accept returns in any condition within the 30-day window.
2. Refund Process
- Contact Us: Email Support@activateshop.net with your order number and the reason for your return (optional, but helps us improve).
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with return instructions within 1 business day. In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned.
- Ship the Product: If a return is required, ship the product back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
- Refund Issued: Once we receive and inspect the return (or waive the return requirement), we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Made-to-Order Consideration
Because ACTIVATE is produced in small batches specifically for your order — fresh hesperidin, capsaicin, magnesium citrate, and mineral electrolytes blended when you place your order — we ask that you understand our products are not mass-produced inventory. Despite this, we fully honor our 30-day guarantee because we believe in the formula. If it doesn't work for you, you should not have to pay for it.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, contact us immediately at Support@activateshop.net. We will:
- Ship a replacement at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund including any return shipping costs.
Please include photos of the damaged product and packaging to help us process your claim quickly.
5. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
6. Cancellations
Because orders enter our small-batch production queue shortly after placement and demand is high, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production. Given our up-to-4-week production timeline, we understand plans change — contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.

7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Orders where a refund has already been issued for a previous purchase of the same product (limit one refund per customer per product).
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
8. Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed on our end.
